Placeholder note. Most attention goes to prompt wording, but the quality of an AI system's output is usually determined earlier — by what context it was given and how that context was structured.
A few working observations:
- Structure beats volume. A small, well-organized context outperforms a large unstructured dump.
- Context has a shape: who is speaking, what is known, what is wanted, what constraints apply.
- Most "prompt engineering" failures are actually context failures.
This is a short note on purpose. Short, useful writing is legitimate.
